SHIPPING

By purchasing an order on web store, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: 

We send with JNE and takes 1- 5 business days depending on location.

PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)  We accept the following forms of payment such as Visa, Master Card, and Bank Transfer, OVO, Dana, Shopee Pay.

RETURNS

We hope to never send you a product that is faulty or broken nor a wrong order. However, in the case that this happens, please email us at sundropwellness@gmail.com with the following details:

- Subject: Wrong or Faulty Product + [order number]
- Include photo of the product in its delivery state or the faulty product

All claims must be made 24 hours since the confirmation of receiving the product.
