Not Mine to Carry

For the Empaths Who Reads Everyone's Mood But Her Own

What if you're not too sensitive? What if you just got really good at monitoring everyone else's emotions — and abandoning your own?

I'm Shalli, a certified hypnotist. I built this from hundreds of 1:1 sessions with women living exactly this pattern.

Your sensitivity can stay your gift. It doesn't have to stay your burden. A 3-part release sequence for empaths that finally teaches your nervous system to stop carrying what isn't yours. Your sensitivity can stay your gift. It doesn't have to stay your burden.

Dearest Shalli! You helped me immensely! Quantum shifts! You are you to the fullest! Thank you! Thank you!

This Is For You If...

  • You end every day depleted, and you’re done pouring from an empty cup

  • You feel other people's moods shift inside your own chest before they've said a word

  • You've tried the tools to feel like yourself again, and something's still missing

  • You’re ready to reclaim your energy and sovereignty

  • If these resonate, this session was built for you.

Why this isn’t another hypnosis session

Not Mine to Carry is the same 3-stage sequence I run in my private 1:1 sessions. I built it using the same mechanism I developed after watching the same pattern show up in client after client. Most of what's exhausting you was never even yours to begin with, and no one ever showed you how to release it, let alone stop absorbing more of it.

So this session does two things most tools never even attempt together:

  • It helps you release what you're holding right now,
  • It helps your nervous system stop this pattern going forward

That's the difference between feeling calm for twenty minutes and actually changing something.

You aren't suppose to feel less...

That was never the goal.

Children who grow up needing to read the room become adults who automatically monitor everyone else's emotions. Eventually, they call themselves empaths. But what's actually happening is their nervous system never learned it was safe to stop scanning.

That's why boundaries feel guilty.

That's why saying no feels terrifying.

That's why other people's emotions feel like your responsibility.

But YOU are your responsibility too. ❤️

Your peace matters.

Your energy matters.

Your nervous system deserves the same care you've spent your whole life giving everyone else.

This isn't about becoming less compassionate. It's about finally including yourself in that compassion.

What Actually Happens Inside the Session

Stage 1

Identify What's Not Yours

You cannot put something down until you know you're holding it. Awareness is key. We have to start there. But this awareness is deeper than the thoughts and logic that you wrestle with in your head. I built Stage 1 around the exact pattern I kept noticing session after session: the "what's wrong with me today" feeling almost never traces back to a major memory or event that happened to you. It traces back to something subtler, something you walked through — a room, a conversation, a person's mood — and picked up without consciously noticing. The mind-body connection is unmistakable, so we work somatically. You can feel rather than think your way to this moment. This allows you to reach a different type of awareness, one that simply talking or even journaling just can’t produce. Many clients are most surprised by what surfaces in the first few minutes, as it is often seemingly small moments that they never realized set them on this path.

"She helped me take my anger from a 9/10 to a 3/10, and it's stayed there!"

Stage 2

Release It

This is where the release actually happens. Many techniques begin and end just with the awareness. But I found that identifying what isn't yours means nothing if your body never gets to actually let go of it — so I built Stage 2 to do just that. And of course, we release somatically as well. You will feel the shift in this stage. t's a breath that finally drops, a weight that shifts out of the chest or shoulders, a warmth where there was tightness a moment before. That is not a metaphor. That's your nervous system releasing something it has gripped tightly, sometimes for decades.

"We had an amazing session and I was able to uncover things from memories that I had that I have actually worked on for years."

Stage 3

Replace It

I now that you’ve identified the real issue and released it, but what’s to stop it from returning? I added Stage 3 after watching clients come back session after session carrying the same weight, even after real releases. Basically, we cleaned everything up, but now we need to upgrade the operating system. Stage 3 installs within you a new way of being–a more supportive way, a way that you choose. Perhaps it is sensitive but boundaried. Perhaps it’s an on/off switch. The magic is that it is different for everyone, and your unconscious will decide. You keep your depth. You keep your sensitivity. You lose the part where you end every day carrying things that were never yours to carry, and the part where you pick it all back up again tomorrow.

"I left the session feeling exactly how I wanted to feel: lighter, clearer, and honestly just relieved. It gave me the shift I had been looking for. If you’ve been feeling off or in a slump and want to feel more like yourself again, I highly recommend booking a session with her. She’s amazing at what she does."

Here's What People Say After Going Through All Three Stages

What's Inside

  • The Full “Not Mine to Carry” Guided Program: 20 minutes, all 3 stages, built specifically for empaths and highly sensitive nervous systems. Not a generic relaxation track — an actual protocol developed after hundreds of sessions

  • Instant Digital Access Listen anywhere, anytime, as many times as you need, on any day your system is full of things that were never yours to carry. You’ll feel different shifts each time.

  • BONUS: Private Community Access — for the support you need between sessions.

This is your first step — the one that shows your nervous system what it actually feels like to put something down, instead of just coping with it. From here, most of my clients know exactly what they need next.

What Changes After Those 20 Minutes

  • You'll finish with your nervous system knowing the difference between what belongs to you and what you've been absorbing from everyone around you.

  • The constant low-grade weight that comes from moving through the world with an open system and no release valve will start to lift.

  • You'll have an actual experience of putting something down — something you feel happen, in real time, during Stage 2. And you'll leave with the beginning of a filter, from Stage 3, so tomorrow doesn't just refill what you emptied out today.

  • You will finish it feeling lighter. Not because you pushed through something. Because something that was sitting on you finally moved, and because your system now has a little more of a say in what it lets back in.

The Woman Who Built It

Hi, I'm Shalli a certified hypnotist. I've spent years working one-on-one with highly sensitive people, empaths, and over-givers who came to me after trying everything else.

They had done the therapy, the journaling, the shadow work, the nervous system courses. And they were still ending every single day empty, and off, without an explanation that they could even really put into words.

What I kept finding, session after session, was the same thing: they were wearing outdated identities that were never theirs in the first place.

So I built something specific for that.

Not Mine to Carry is the exact 3-stage sequence I developed inside my private practice — the same protocol I use with paying clients — pulled out of the one-on-one room and made available in a single guided session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Going into trance is a skill, just like anything else. But, most hypnosis tracks are also generic relaxation scripts asking your body to do something it was never shown how to do. This isn't asking you to relax harder — it's giving your nervous system an actual process to run. And it gets deeper and deeper each time you listen.
That's great! It’s probably what you need. Your conscious mind doesn't need to stay awake for your nervous system to complete the process — that's the whole point of hypnosis. Many of my clients listen at night for exactly this reason
Most are built for general relaxation, in the moment, and that's all they're designed to do. This is a specific 3-stage protocol pulled directly from my paid 1:1 practice, built around a mechanism — identify, release, replace — not a mood, and it's designed to change what happens tomorrow, not just tonight.
