There is no right answer to this question. Everyone's period is unique. However, the average amount of liquid lost during your period is around 10ml to 80ml over 7 days. If you are still bleeding above 7 days, we highly recommend you seek advice from your medical professional.

By crafting our pads with GOTS certified organic cotton, it ensures that our pads use high quality ingredients that are free from chlorine bleach, synthetics, toxic chemicals, pesticide residue, dyes, and fragrances. Many gynecologists recommend using 100% certified organic cotton period products to their patients.

Currently we offer Light Flow Pads at 24cm and Heavy Flow pads at 29cm. Light Flow Pads are good for light to medium flow. Heavy Flow Pads are good for heavier flows and overnight use. 

The thickness of the pad doesn’t relate to the absorption and dryness performance of the pad. It is the length of the pad that matters. We believe that you should live your life to the fullest even during your period.
